Valentines Day is just around the corner! It's a wonderful time of year to think of all the ways we can show our love to others. Teaching these skills in your little learners is crucial, and I've got the perfect resource for you to use to do it! Let's jump in!

Begin this activity by talking about all the people, places, and things your students love. Add this to an anchor chart for ideas! I have included these graphic organizers to help your students in planning their writing. These are differentiated based on your students' needs. You can choose a graphic organizer with one person, place, or thing, or if you have students who need something more challenging with more writing opportunities, you can choose the graphic organizer with three people, places, or things with reasons for each.
When your students have their graphic organizers finished, they will transfer that onto a writing paper! There are seven writing prompts with two types of writing lines to choose from. See the writing prompts included below:

You can model this for students by showing how to transfer the information from the graphic organizer onto a writing paper, or you can let them do it independently for more of a challenge. Now onto my favorite part!
When your students are finished with their writing craft, they can color a cupid boy or girl that looks like them and put it at the top of their paper. I have also included multicultural cupids for color print as an option. It will be the icing on the cake!
